Observation

2)a) There were some stickers and stamps that appeared smaller than 1 3/4" and items with pieces that could detach (marker lids) in the art area accessible to children under the age of 3 years. 2)c) There was a laminator with a cord (not plugged in) under the sink where the cord was accessible to children. 3)d) There was an old dishwasher sitting outside the entrance to the child care in the licensed outdoor play space that poses an entrapment hazard. 3)f) There is a tall shelf with a fish tank on top in the main play area. The shelf is not anchored to the wall to prevent tipping. 5)g) The cabinet under the sink in the main play area is accessible to children. The garbage disposal is plugged in under the sink, which is near a water source and accessible to children.
